Winter mutton soup has started again. Jianyang mutton soup is the most famous in Sichuan. I have eaten wild dogs before. A friend recommended this Lishi mutton soup, which is also a brand with decades of history. There were few people at noon, and I drank the boss&#39;s own rice soup.
The mutton soup is OK, nothing special, but the locals in Jianyang like to use dry sauce, and we in Chengdu like to use millet pepper and fermented bean curd soup. We prefer the latter. Other cold lamb tripe and fried lamb blood are quite standard. #Try the authentic old brand Lishi mutton soup

The service is quite good, and it is said that they mainly serve banquets. The overall performance of the dishes can be scored 80 points. There is nothing particularly outstanding, and there is no reason to be picky. It is suitable for entertaining guests. I ordered vermicelli goose feet, spicy beef tongue, roast goose, mapo tofu, matsutake chicken soup, abalone steamed egg, sweat steamed old pumpkin and pineapple buns, which I prefer.

There were a lot of people on the roadside at noon and it was quite crowded. The pork intestines with blood sauce, mixed pork intestines, and steamed pork intestines with rice flour all have suitable tastes. They may not be amazing, but at least they go well with rice. The bean soup with pork intestines is not very satisfactory. Many people who make bean soup now dilute the boiled bean soup again before use, so some of the soup separates, and even worse, it becomes too cold.

The newly introduced black pepper beef and black pepper palm treasure are both very good. My favorites are still the spicy beef and coriander beef.
