We went there at 3 o&#39;clock after playing in the Earth&#39;s Core Valley. There were not many people and the environment was good. The local specialty big iron pot stew, wheat baba, and tiger skin green pepper were all good. But it was not good that they could not issue invoices and there was no discount.

我们玩完地心谷三点去的，人不多，环境不错，当地的特色大铁锅炖，麦子粑粑，虎皮青椒都不错。就是不能开发票，也没优惠这点不好。

熏猪腿和脚都是必须要点的菜，好吃好喝。

The first meal in Enshi was at Tan&#39;s Restaurant next to the Earth&#39;s Heart Valley. The farmhouse dishes featuring selenium-rich foods made us believe that we were eating natural nutrition. The kang potatoes were the most amazing dish on the table. They didn&#39;t look very special, but everyone was pleasantly surprised after taking a bite. The texture was quite good, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, not dry but spicy. People with bigger mouths can even eat one in one bite. It was both a dish and a staple food, and instantly killed the largest stewed chicken next to it.

[Environment] Clean, sanitary, and beautiful flowers.
[Taste] Fresh ingredients, there is a vegetable garden outside the restaurant, with many varieties of vegetables. I ordered a few Enshi home-cooked dishes, which are more suitable for my taste.
[Service] The service is warm and meticulous.

The food here is good, clean and affordable. It seems to have been changed to Xinyuan Farmhouse.
