🚶Walk down from the parking lot entrance to the main street (Figure 2), all the way to Jiangjun Bridge (Figure 1). There are restaurants and shops selling preserved eggs on both sides, and eating is mainly concentrated in this section.

👀1️⃣ About preserved eggs:
✅ Most preserved eggs have a gray-black interior when peeled, and Qinglinkou preserved eggs have a yellow interior
✅ I saw two relatively large shops selling preserved eggs wholesale along the way (Figure 3)
✅ It is recommended to taste before buying
👉Keep in mind when choosing: no sound of water when gently shaken, no astringency when lightly tasted, and no pungent smell when smelled closely.

👀2️⃣ About Tofu Feast:
✅ There are two types of restaurants on the street: standard meals and a la carte meals. We were 4 adults and 1 child. We had standard meals for lunch and ordered meals for dinner.
👉 Picture 4 (108/4 people standard meal) was eaten at &quot;Li&#39;s Tofu Restaurant&quot; 100 meters away from the street. The standard meal for 4 people includes 4 tofu, 1 meat, 1 vegetarian, and 1 vegetarian soup. (Picture 4)
👉 Picture 3 (106/ordered dishes) was eaten at &quot;Li&#39;s Tofu&quot; at the Jiangjun Bridge. We ordered garlic sprouts and shredded pork, mapo tofu, cold noodles, stir-fried Chinese cabbage, stir-fried phoenix tail, and meatball soup. (Picture 5)
✅ No matter which one, you can calculate the average price based on 20-25 per dish. We all think that the meal is still &quot;appropriate&quot; and tastes good
👉 I personally like Yong Doufu, a method of stuffing tofu with meat filling, coating it with starch, frying it first, then frying it, and finally wrapping it with sweet and spicy sauce. It is different from the &quot;steaming&quot; method of Hakka Yong Doufu, and it goes better with rice.
👉 Although it is sweet and spicy, only bean paste is used, so children can accept it. It is fragrant but not spicy.

👀3️⃣ About bean paste:
✅ The sauce of Mr. Liu, a big sauce maker, has not been fermented yet. I went there today and closed the lid (Picture 6)
👉 There are also some retail sellers on the road. The price is right and the taste smells good. You can also buy some.

👀4️⃣ About drinking tea:
✅ I strongly recommend this place! 10/cup, sit by the river for an afternoon, so comfortable!
✅ Can&#39;t find it in the navigation! The location is easy to find👉 Turn left after passing the Jiangjun Bridge, keep going, and go up a big slope. 20 meters up the slope, on the left hand side, it is called &quot;Shuiyunjian&quot; (Pictures 7-12)
