I came to Anji for a stopover and passed through Huzhou City to have tea. Dinner was at Huzhou Banquet in the ancient Xiaoxi Street. The environment was antique and artistic.
The menu and the shape of the dishes pay great attention to the artistic conception. It can be seen that a lot of effort has been put into it, especially the first cold dish, which is very delicate.
The overall taste is light, suitable for taking pictures, but too much attention is paid to the shape, and the local characteristics are not tasted.

来安吉中转经过湖州市区喝喝茶，晚饭在古建筑小西街的湖州宴，环境古色古香很有意境。菜单和菜品造型很注重意境，能看出下了不少功夫，尤其第一道冷盘摆盘非常精致。味道整体偏清淡，适合拍照的地方，过于注重凹造型，没有吃出当地特色。
