I happened to walk into this street and saw a long queue at a pig's trotter shop in front of me. I followed the crowd and queued up. After about fifteen minutes, it was finally my turn! Because I like light taste, I didn't ask for spicy taste. The pig's trotters were cooked and then roasted on the rack, so the outside was crispy. If you ask me, is it really that delicious? Taste is really different for everyone. I personally like the Guizhou Qingyan pig's trotter (is that what it's called?) better. This one is sold by the piece, not the pound. Although most of the big bones have been shaved off, it is still a bit troublesome to eat (there are a lot of broken bones). In short, I think it's worth eating, but not worth queuing for so long.
