I took my family to Huzhou Taihu Resort. Hongzunfang is a restaurant by the lake. The environment is good and there is a view. We ate inside. We can order dishes at the entrance. The dishes are mainly farm dishes with a wide variety to choose from. The view and light on the second floor are better. When you go to Taihu Lake, you must eat Taihu Sanbai, but I think their taste is just so-so, mainly a bit salty. The service is average, and the boss is very enthusiastic.

"Fried white shrimp" I thought the fried white shrimp was fried heavily at first, but for Taihu white shrimp, it is still light, for fear of destroying the freshness of the white shrimp, which is more flavorful than blanching. "Taihu silver fish soup" is a soup, the taste is light, the silver fish is very big, and each small fish is very plump. "Mushed eel shreds" are delicious, a little sweet, and each eel shred is cleaned very cleanly. "Stir-fried okra" is very light, a green vegetable is refreshing. It is very close to Sheraton, the dishes are very good, the shepherd's purse and whitebait spring rolls are crispy and delicious, crispy on the outside and fresh on the inside, the special Taihu fish and rice hometown has a unique taste, with shrimp, whitebait, tomato sauce, and rice crust. In short, I am very satisfied with the signature dishes of this restaurant!
