I went to Fuziling Reservoir for a visit and wanted to drink fish soup. Seeing that the environment of this restaurant was nice, I went to try it. The proprietress was very nice. There were only two of us, so we only ordered one fish soup. They cooked a big pot of snow-white thick soup with a bighead carp grown in the reservoir. The soup was delicious and the fish was especially tender. The rice soaked in fish soup and the sour cowpeas given by the proprietress were so delicious that I couldn't stop eating them. The proprietress said that in addition to the good growth environment of the fish itself, they used spring water brought down from the mountain to cook it, so it was so tasty.

When visiting Huoshan, the most important place to visit is the Fuziling Reservoir. The scenery here is beautiful, the natural environment is very good, and the air quality is great. Of course, the farmhouses in the surrounding area are also good, and the ingredients of the dishes are very fresh.

I've had really good food these past two days, so I'll post a few of the main dishes for you to enjoy. The thick soup made from the reservoir fish is as white as milk. The hair on the pig's trotters was removed very cleanly, and they were soft and full of collagen. The mutton didn't have any mutton smell, and the duck meat should have been raised outside, as the meat was very chewy. It turns out that spicy shad is also delicious, and the mandarin fish was sold out after just one bite, which shows how popular it is. It just so happened that someone came to sell seafood. The mandarin fish was small and leisurely, unlike Shanghai, and the river shrimp was really small, but it was delicious. 14 people ordered more than a dozen dishes, not counting the old wine, it was only 800, which was extremely cost-effective.
