The most famous dish in Hongya is the Bobo Chicken with Sichuan Peppercorns. I have eaten at many similar restaurants, but I didn&#39;t expect this one to have the most flavor. The braised pork intestines with bamboo shoots is also a signature dish. The dipping sauce is just right, so it doesn&#39;t smell bad even if you eat it directly. The most expensive braised cockfighting mushrooms were average, so they were probably not the latest fresh products.

洪雅一带最出名的莫过于是藤椒钵钵鸡，也吃过很多类似的店，没想到这家口味反倒是底味最足的，笋子烧肥肠也是招牌，加上蘸碟刚刚好，就直接吃也没有异味。最贵的烧斗鸡菇反而表现一般，应该不是最新出土的新鲜货。

Very delicious! The store is very clean! Affordable!
Especially the iron plate eggplant! You must go and eat it friends! The boss lady is very nice and introduced us to Liujiang Ancient Town. The ice jelly is also amazing!
