O ever youthful, O ever weeping. ——《The Dharma Bums》 Forever young, forever tearful. [Service] Good [Environment] Nice scenery
Recommended Honey-grilled Spanish Black Pork Barbequed Pork, very delicious, soft and fragrant meat, with honey grilled. There is also apricot slices and snow shadow baked barbecued pork buns. Snow Mountain Barbequed Pork Buns lovers must try, crispy on the outside and fragrant on the inside! But be careful when eating. There are also bamboo shoots and fresh shrimp dumplings. The shrimp meat is chewy, but the noodles are too sticky, please wet the chopsticks with water when picking. There is also golden oyster bacon rice. The tender and smooth eggs wrap the bacon rice that has been fried and sealed above and below, and the aroma of bacon oozes out of the crispy mouth. Served with dried oysters, it is a standard work. Others are delicious, such as pigeon eggs and raw ground almond juice, slightly sweet and fragrant 👍 lamb dumplings are good, but friends who are afraid of mutton may have to think about it. Finally, there are taro corners, but they are too fierce in curry flavor... There is no taro flavor. Today's weather is not very good, the weather is average, but the environment is of course a winner! Once again, starting from February 1, Tin Lung Heen will no longer participate in the 30% discount offered by Marriott Bonvoy, but I still recommend everyone to experience this Michelin two-star Chinese restaurant. #ritzcarltonhongkong #tinlungheen #michelin2020 #rcmemories
The Cantonese restaurant on the 102nd floor of the Ritz-Carlton is surrounded by the night view of Victoria. Needless to say, the environment is great! In addition, the honor of Michelin two stars means that there is no shortage of guests every day, so you need to make a reservation one or two days in advance. Since it is a Michelin two-star restaurant, my friend and I chose their signature menu to try it. The first course is an appetizer, but it is also their award-winning dish called Tianlong Xiancui, which consists of jellyfish, prawn toast and black pork barbecued pork. The three different tastes make the appetizers whet everyone's appetite. The second dish is stuffed crab shell. In addition to the delicious crab meat, the most praiseworthy thing is the few slices of sweet ginger on top, which is sweet and refreshing. The third dish is fish maw chicken soup, which is stewed in tender coconut, and the coconut brings out the freshness of the chicken soup. The fourth and fifth dishes were the ban qiu and wagyu beef, which were also good, but the most outstanding dish was the sixth dish, the truffle bamboo fungus roll. I didn't expect that the two fungi not only did not affect each other's taste, but instead set off each other's freshness. Thumbs up! The waiters here are very thoughtful and considerate. They introduce the ingredients of each dish in Chinese and English (because my friend is a foreigner), and they also take you to the door when you go to the bathroom. It's great!
The service was very good, and they were very considerate to both adults and children. There were also 2-3 waiters around all night. The waiter introduced the dishes in detail. The black pork barbecued pork was the best, soft and tasty. The fish maw stewed with coconut was extremely sweet and well mixed with the salty taste. I also recommend Yangzhou fried rice, which was sweet and not greasy. My 3-year-old baby ate two bowls in one go!
In the morning in Hong Kong, I enjoyed Tin Lung Heen. The shrimp toast and stuffed crab shell were delicious, but I felt that my Guangdong dim sum would beat this Michelin restaurant in a minute~ There is also an extremely high sea view of Victoria Harbour. It is worth eating once in a lifetime!
Since we wanted to taste the famous honey-roasted Spanish Iberian pork, we decided to have lunch at the Michelin two-star ⭐️⭐️-recommended "Tin Lung Heen" on the 102th floor of the International Commerce Center. This world's tallest Chinese restaurant is very impressive in terms of both location and layout. The decoration is mainly mahogany, the ceiling is high, the light is abundant, and the view of Victoria Harbour outside the floor-to-ceiling windows is very spectacular. In terms of food, the main dishes here are traditional Cantonese cuisine, all made with high-quality ingredients. In addition to pre-ordering the famous barbecued pork, we also ordered prawn toast with wok, abalone lotus leaf rice, salmon roe egg white crab meat dumplings, bamboo shoots and scallop rice rolls, sea urchin green wasabi shrimp spring rolls, and melon seed winter melon paste. Let's first talk about the signature dish here - honey-roasted Spanish Iberian pork barbecued pork. As the name suggests, they use top-grade Iberian black pig shoulders, and there are only two pieces per pig, so the price is high, but the taste is indeed extraordinary, the meat is loose, the taste is soft and smooth, and the fat and lean are evenly distributed. In addition, the prawn toast with nest is also a famous product here. The shrimp meat has a solid texture and the toast is crispy, which is quite delicious. When eating, you can dip some sweet and sour sauce to remove oil and relieve greasiness. For dim sum, I personally recommend the salmon roe egg white crab meat dumplings. The fish roe is marinated, and the fish roe juice and crab meat burst out when you eat it. It is full of salty and fresh taste and very delicious. As for other dishes, they also maintain the usual high standards. The glutinous rice balls and cookies 🍪 are just right in taste. The attentive hospitality of the service staff makes people feel very cordial. The overall dining 🍴 experience is satisfactory 👍🏼💯
Tin Lung Heen 🍽【Food Guide】 📍Detailed address: Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Hong Kong 🚗Transportation Guide: Taxi 🕙Business hours: Normal hours 🍽Recommended dishes: Honey barbecue pork black pork 🖼Restaurant environment: Sea view 💰Per capita consumption: 900 🍜Restaurant total score: Tin Lung Heen specializes in Cantonese cuisine, 900 per person, located on the 103rd floor of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, with a view of Victoria Harbor and the port. You can also enjoy the sunset during dinner. The price of crab legs is 320 each, and the taste feels average and there is nothing particularly fresh. I especially recommend honey barbecue pork black pork, which is fat but not greasy, and needs to be booked 24 hours in advance. The hotel will also send some appetizers. The overall feeling is good
