勤奋努力小夹子There are about 10 tables and a few bar seats. The staff was very attentive and took the time to explain their signature cocktails. If you're not into cocktails, it might feel a little overwhelming at first - but don't worry, they are great at explaining everything clearly and are happy to help. I ordered a Vesper Martini and their signature cocktail "Thai Beef Salad". The Vesper Martini was amazing and I highly recommend giving it a try if you're new to cocktails.

Ranked #19 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars, The Savory Project is a creative bar featuring special flavoured cocktails.
I went to Hong Kong specifically for this bar as I love a good cocktail.
No matter how many times I visit Hong Kong, its food captivates me! Besides checking in on Hong Kong Christmas, this special forces trip was all about eating. I even cleared out all my favorites from 😷! ❤️Kowloon 🍜Hua Sao Ice House, known for its tomato chicken wing noodles, is incredibly popular online, especially in Tsim Sha Tsui, where the lines are always long! But don't worry, because they use a machine to take your number, there's a slight delay in getting your order, and many tourists press twice. So, even though there might be over a hundred tables, it actually takes over half an hour to get your order! For the [Tomato Chicken Wing Pork Chop Noodles], I recommend substituting the scallion for the broth; the broth is richer. However, the [Satay Beef Noodles] are even more flavorful! 🦀Hee Kee Typhoon Shelter Fried Crab is also quite popular online. I used to eat the spicy crab under the bridge in Causeway Bay, but when I saw they had a branch in Tsim Sha Tsui, I went. The crab itself is the main attraction, and the stir-fried garlic and light fried rice noodles are absolutely amazing! 🍜 Mak Man Kee, in Jordan, serves shrimp wonton noodles and shrimp roe noodles with oyster sauce—perfect for a late-night snack after a drink! 🍮 Jia Jia Desserts, even with lines in the evening, specializes in traditional Hong Kong fare. Their red and green bean paste, mango pudding, and purple rice pudding are all excellent, and their bean curd soup is like soy milk. 🥃 Felix Restaurant, while the Peninsula Hotel is a hit during Christmas, the food at this bar on the 28th floor is pretty lackluster. The snacks aren't fresh, and it's not worth the 500 per person discount during holidays. ❤️ Hong Kong Island 🍜 Amway Fish Ball Noodle King, in Shau Kei Wan, is far away, but definitely worth it! It's a very local restaurant, and their milk tea and lemon tea are even better than Wah Sao's! If it weren't so hot, I'd really like to take some fish cakes home! The staff are very TVB-esque, haha. 🍔 Burger Circus, in Central, I found it near a bar because I had to wait in line. They have very traditional burgers, and they're all huge. The chocolate cake was also incredibly satisfying! A serving of fries was enough for three people! 🥃The Savory Project, the assistant bar of the famous Coa, of course, doesn't have Coa drinks! This is more of an upgraded version, all based around food, so there's a mix of sweet, sour, bitter, and spicy, but no sweet. The savory cocktails are more complex, but they're a bit hard to get used to. Recommendations: Thai beef salad, biryani, and Pisco sour (safest). Hong Kong food is always new, and I didn't encounter any rudeness this time. Authenticity is another matter, but for a tourist in a hurry, I enjoyed the food! #LocalDelicious #ThisBarIsSoCool #ACollectionOfReallyDeliciousSnacks
A new bar with a lot of buzz. It's Asia's top-ranked pizza place by day and Asia's top-ranked bar by night. Environment: The decor is simple yet stylish. There's plenty of common space, unlike the cramped atmosphere at COA. It's perfect for a quick chill, chat, and a relaxing evening. Service: The bartenders and servers are very welcoming and provide detailed explanations. The mixology is impressive, and the presentation is a bit impressive. The service isn't particularly fast, but it's still manageable. Drinks: The flavors are generally distinctive, with a strong emphasis on spices. True to COA's Mexican heritage, they're quite unique. The spiciness, numbing texture, and various spice combinations are quite creative, but the palatability is a bit compromised. #WorkLunchTeamFoodRecord
