The taste is very good. Fresh beef and scrambled eggs are still the mainstay. In fact, adding luncheon meat and ham has no impact, because the beef is marinated enough and has covered everything.

The old Xinxiangyuan store is located on Guilin Street in Sham Shui Po. The all-day breakfast, egg and milk sandwiches, and tea cakes here are very unique and special. On the same street, you can also go to Heyitai to eat rice rolls. Kill two birds with one stone.
Xinxiangyuan is an old shop on Guilin Street in Sham Shui Po. I recommend the chicken and beef stew. Although it is simple, it is very delicious. The taste is unique. In addition, wonton noodles and pork and beef macaroni are also good. On the same street, you can also try the rice noodle rolls at Heyitai.
Beef and egg (20 yuan + 1 yuan grilled), ordered scrambled eggs, tasted ok, not bad. Beef brisket noodles, 34 yuan, with a bowl of MSG soup, the beef brisket tasted good, but the noodles were just so-so, it would be better to order half a plate of beef brisket. The milk tea here (16 yuan cold, 14 yuan hot) was too sweet and so-so. Overall, it was ok, but the price was really cheap!
Xinxiangyuan Jianji is located on Guilin Street in Sham Shui Po, near Beihe Street Market. It is a relatively old-style tea restaurant. This is the last snack bar I ate in Sham Shui Po during this street tour. When I arrived at 2pm, I saw a long queue at the door, so I went to the nearby shopping mall for a walk and came back to digest the food I just ate. But when I came again at around 3pm, there were still many people queuing, so I had to wait... But I found that if you take out, you can queue on the other side and don’t need to wait. Ordered the most famous "Famous Egg Beef Jerky" with a base of HK18+1 yuan, and hot milk tea HK12 yuan. The egg beef jerky, the toast on the surface is very crispy, the egg inside is half-cooked, and there is a little egg paste, very tender and smooth, with a rich egg fragrance, and the beef cubes wrapped are very tender and tasty, which makes people eat non-stop. The milk tea has been adjusted to taste, the sweetness is just right, and the milk and tea flavors are just right. The taste is good, authentic Hong Kong-style milk tea. In addition to the famous egg and beef stew, there are many other special foods here, including noodles, porridge, and rice noodles. You can try other foods next time.
This place is quite lively at night. Outside, vendors are mostly packing up, and there's still plenty of people coming and going. Even after 10 PM, it doesn't feel deserted. Inside, the shops are even more bustling and bustling, practically full. If it weren't for the recent lack of people visiting Hong Kong, finding a table would be difficult. The air conditioning isn't particularly adequate, though, which is a real drawback. It's just okay if it's inconvenient. You still have to go to the counter to place your order, and they don't accept coins, which I really don't like. Coins are the standard, so why wouldn't they? I came here to try their egg and beef sandwich. It's made with two pieces of bread, with an egg and beef in between. It's a rather unusual sandwich, and it's quite good. You can add a toasted base for a few bucks, but I didn't have a home, so I just ate it as is. At just over 20 bucks, I think it's average value.
I heard the pork knuckle noodles here are quite famous, so I ordered that as well. The portion was actually quite good, and the noodles were quite chewy. The boat congee was decent with decent ingredients, but the usual issue persisted: the value wasn't particularly good. The people here were quite loud, and the shop had a very neighborhood feel, allowing you to get a glimpse into the local life. The prices were quite reasonable for the area.
