Not far from the famous Star Ferry, there is a restaurant called Paper Moon. They are also a well-known restaurant in the area. We ordered a table full of delicious food.

Paper Moon is a long-standing restaurant that specializes in Italian and Milanese-style pizza. After opening in Dubai and Manila, it officially chose Ocean Terminal in 2017 to open its seventh branch worldwide. It has a 270-degree view of Victoria Harbor and plenty of outdoor seating.

The restaurant's interior decoration is very attentive, with metal and cement as the main materials. Even indoors, you can see the Victoria Harbour through the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the view is very broad. Paper Moon Restaurant specializes in Italian fine cuisine, with fresh ingredients, careful selection and beautiful presentation. Every dish is full of rich aroma and excellent taste. Their sirloin steak and Puglia buffalo cheese with cherimo and basil are especially recommended. The steak is very well selected and cooked skillfully. It has a chewy texture, is soft and juicy with a little chewiness. The Puglia buffalo cheese is served with tomato and basil, the cherry tomatoes are sweet, the arugula is crisp, and the burrata is fragrant.
