Wuerda Cuisine is a restaurant opened by locals in Bayinbuluke. Barbecue and hand-pulled rice are the specialties. The sheep here are particularly good, especially the black-headed sheep. The meat is tender and delicious when made into skewers.

A standard traditional Uyghur restaurant, it is very popular during the tourist season. Stir-fried dishes are not available, and barbecue dishes require a waiting time of more than 45 minutes. There are only rice and noodles. I ordered a bowl of wild mushroom noodles, which should be a local specialty. It is a small bowl and expensive. The baked buns at the door are delicious, but they are sold out in a short time.
