It was my first time bringing my kids to Hefei...and our first time driving across six provinces...this was a big adventure for my family...and also a big step forward... Hefei is a pretty big city...there are plenty of attractions and things to do in the city. There are many cultural and creative parks, unique street concerts, and a vibrant artistic atmosphere. Since I was traveling with my kids, I couldn't compromise on accommodations...I chose a trusted, reputable hotel, the Shangri-La Hotel, Hefei. 🏠This time, we stayed in an Ultraman-themed connecting room. Since there were so many of us, we chose a connecting room with two rooms, which was equivalent to two rooms. There's a door connecting them like this... one king-size room and one twin-bedroom room... The room is huge! There are two bathrooms with wash areas and bathtubs 🛁~ Every corner of the room is decorated with Ultraman themes... not only the toiletries, but even the cups and toys are Ultraman-themed... There's a giant Ultraman plush toy, an Ultraman tent ⛺️, an Ultraman carpet, and flying chess... The decor is so thoughtful! The kids loved it! Dinner was at Yangzixuan on the first floor - an authentic Anhui cuisine restaurant... Many of the Anhui specialties are delicious and not disappointing.
