Today I stayed at the Habsburg Hotel by the river. The view from the window was stunning, but unfortunately visibility was limited. On rainy days, I enjoyed the hotel's afternoon tea 🍮🍨☕️🫖... A lovely bonus! The hotel is right on Central Avenue and the Songhua River, making it very convenient for commuting. You can easily find everything from restaurants to entertainment within walking distance 🚶. When I returned to the hotel after an evening out, I noticed they even had a small snack with the evening service 🍰. The service, the ambiance, the facilities... every detail was thoughtful.

It's truly intolerable. First, the service was completely nonexistent. The two waiters who were supposed to be in the restaurant were now working as chefs, and they didn't even offer us a glass of water. We were the only table in the restaurant from start to finish, and the dishes took almost two hours to serve. The food was even worse: several dishes were cold. The crawfish in the first pasta dish was cold, and even after being reheated, it was still cold. I had to put up with it, but I left the whole pasta dish. The second burger was completely cold, even ice-cold inside. I reheated it, and it was still cold after an hour and a half. I left it completely and couldn't eat it. The third shrimp dish was the only dish I could eat, and the portion was generous. Then there was the steak and pork chop, both of which were beyond description. They were cooked like jerky, and the sides were all cold. Unfortunately, I was so hungry after a long flight that I ate some of the meat. The most bizarre thing was the so-called service after I complained to the hotel, which was just a bunch of gimmicks: a fruit plate (which I refused, but they still offered, since I didn't touch anything in my room) and then a free cocktail or popsicle. (I didn't dare ask for it either), and then instead of resolving the issue, they just said, "The ingredients cost 700-800 RMB, selling them to you at cost." Do you really believe that? The front desk said they didn't have a chef that day, so how can you still operate? How dare you operate? I spent 400 RMB and what was the experience? Anyway, I'm furious. I sincerely advise everyone to avoid this scam.
