It turned out that the rainy day was perfect for Chuan Chuan Xiang. Their restaurant is across the street from the pot bottom, and the two storefronts are opposite each other. The uncles and aunts who serve the pot bottom all wear straw hats and waders to work. It is said that this Chuan Chuan Xiang restaurant has been in business for more than 30 years, and the neighbors around are eating it. It can be seen that the boss is also very economical and affordable. The taste of the pot bottom is just right, not too spicy. The oil sauce is specially prepared by them. Coriander and chopped green onion can be added according to your preference. The dishes are also very rich.
