When visiting West Lake, we stopped by Tianze Tower Tea House to take a break. The location is excellent and close to Hangzhou Flower Garden and other major West Lake scenic spots, with beautiful scenery. It is still raining today, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of West Lake in the private room. The sound insulation is very good and it is very quiet.

这家茶馆环境雅致，竹影摇曳间茶香袅袅，服务细致贴心。茶品选择丰富，从经典龙井到小众生普皆显专业功底，搭配茶点更添风味。整体氛围清幽闲适，是闹市中难得的静心之所。

The Michelin-listed Jinsha Hall is the Chinese restaurant of the Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou West Lake. It has a beautiful environment, meticulous service, rich dishes and excellent production. The spacious and bright restaurant, with floor-to-ceiling windows facing a huge pond, feels elegant, calm and relaxing. After sitting down, the first thing I ordered was West Lake Longjing, which was refreshing and smooth, followed by an appetizer. I chose a Yunnan-Sichuan fusion flavor of old man&#39;s head roasted pepper hoof, some local Zhejiang specialties, seasonal nourishing eel, fresh and delicate black truffle vegetarian steamed dumplings, all of which are unforgettable delicacies. The dessert after the meal was also a bit unexpected, a touch of coolness in the hot summer. Extremely high-quality top-level restaurant, not to be missed.

Qinglan Restaurant is located near Yanggong Dike. It has a sense of being hidden in the city, which allows people to concentrate on &quot;playing&quot;, haha. The overall decoration style is quite similar to Green Tea Restaurant, but Green Tea Restaurant serves Hangzhou cuisine, while Qinglan is a Western restaurant.
The flavor of her dishes frequently surprises people.
The sweet and tender shrimp meat of the peony shrimp as the first dish is served with slightly sour foam, which awakens the taste buds.
The simple appearance of a purple potato wraps the carefully designed filling.
The black truffle chicken soup lingers between the teeth for a long time.
In comparison, the performance of the side dishes, main dishes and staple foods is relatively mediocre. Except for the good ingredients, there is no vivid memory.

The whole meal took about an hour and a half. It was still very quiet and comfortable to stay in the sun room at noon on a weekday.

Located at No. 2 Longjing Road, the core location of West Lake Scenic Area, there are ample parking spaces at the entrance. There are many private rooms inside, with various price ranges. Surrounded by tea gardens, the dining experience is very good.

Steamed bream has a very glutinous texture and the taste is just right. It is very comfortable to eat.

Drunken shrimp is also a good choice, with firm meat.

十年后再次来到楼外楼，百年老店重新装修过了。都换上了韩美林的字以及东阳木雕。来晚了，靠窗户的位置已经没有了。二楼的大厅还是比较宽敞的，大家也都是慕名而来。由于是套餐，上菜速度很快，基本上都是一些经典的菜肴。比较喜欢的还是西湖醋鱼。虽然网上说西湖醋鱼，西湖是西湖，醋是醋，鱼是鱼。但毕竟这菜是杭帮菜头块牌子，还是应该品尝一下，他家的厨艺还过得去，鱼煮的也比较嫩，浇头是酸中带甜。虽然看上去黑乎乎的，但是还好，腥气不是很重，也算是及格了吧。还比较喜欢丝瓜虾仁，松子芦笋，西湖莼菜羹等等，再配上小吃。总的来讲还可以。吃完饭在二楼平台看看近在眼前的西湖夜景。可以值回来一部分钞票。楼外楼它有四层，楼层越高菜做的越好，当然了价格也就越高。下次可以尝试一下到四楼去吃饭了

The hotel&#39;s breakfast restaurant is much smaller in size and layout than the famous Sands Hall.
Given the limited number of rooms in the hotel, the restaurant adopts a very humane semi-self-service approach. It is not wasteful and has multiple choices. For two consecutive days, there are one Chinese and one Western choice. The quality and taste are basically guaranteed.
TIPS
The breakfast at Four Seasons is open until 11:30. It is really too humane. I have to praise this. On weekends and holidays, you should sleep in and catch a late market. If you are not careful, you will eat brunch. Haha
