Come early and sit by the window. The balcony has a nice view. The beggar's chicken is full of ritual. The Dongpo pork melts in the water. The drunken shrimp is very fresh. The Song Sao fish soup is average. I personally like fish balls. The lychee meat is also good. My family is very satisfied.

The location of this restaurant is very good, so you can come here to eat after visiting West Lake. The environment is also good, there are many dishes, and the waiters are friendly. The boiled chicken is delicious, and the three-fresh soup is delicious.

1921 Lake View Restaurant is a time-honored West Lake Hotel, a six-story Western-style house with a very good environment. The dishes are typical Hangzhou cuisine, such as Dongpo Pork, Longjing Shrimp, West Lake Vinegar Fish, and Lotus Crisp, all of which are good.

It is next to Hangzhou Restaurant. The portion is large among Jiangsu and Zhejiang cuisine. The private room with lake view is too hard to book and is only reserved until 18:00. Recommended dishes: Dongpo pork, drunken shrimp, bamboo shoot fish. Dongpo pork received unanimous praise from everyone, and finally another portion was ordered.

I spent my birthday in Hangzhou and chose this restaurant hoping to enjoy the panoramic view of West Lake while dining. The overall dining experience was very good. I dined on the top floor observation deck. After the sun went down, I opened the curtains and the view was beautiful. Two people ordered six dishes. The beggar's chicken tasted special and was cracked open by myself when the meal was served. The lotus crisps tasted very good and full of fairy flavor. The Longjing shrimp tasted light, and the West Lake vinegar fish was well controlled in sweet and sourness. It was a very happy experience.

The restaurant is on the 5th and 6th floors above the Hangzhou Restaurant. The 5th floor has a private room with floor-to-ceiling windows that can see the lake view. The 6th floor has a small table with an unbeatable lake view. The price of the dishes is definitely very affordable for this location and quality. The fried shrimp and eel are super delicious. Their famous lotus crisp fried chicken is also delicious and not expensive. It's really great. There are almost no bad dishes. I will go there again next time

If I could save enough money one day, I would buy a house by the West Lake, drink tea, chat with friends and enjoy the lake view every day. It would be leisurely and fun. This is exactly what the 1921 Lake View Restaurant can do. Standing on the balcony on the sixth floor overlooking the West Lake, eating the signature dish beggar's chicken that requires three knocks for it to open, and tasting the delicious double-stinky soup, there is a special feeling ~ Although the taste of the food is not amazing, the environment and characteristics are indeed very attentive. The food here is a bit better than the one at Hangzhou Restaurant. You can enjoy the beautiful view of West Lake from the restaurant. The environment is elegant and first-class. The waiters are very friendly. Overall, the experience is good, but the price is a bit high, as it is a general hotel restaurant, so I have this feeling. However, I will definitely come again next time.
