I came here because of its reputation. The location is a little off.
A unique restaurant in Handan, with Henan flavor. The open kitchen and the back kitchen are clearly visible. It is a rare small restaurant in Handan with a simple and bright design.

The warm yellow light is as warm as home, and various ancient style decorations are unique. The solid wood tables and chairs are low-key and simple, and the bamboo curtains, brick walls, etc. give people a sense of comfort.

A bowl of stir-fried mutton soup, the leader of raw stir-fried mutton, the stir-fried mutton is paired with fresh and mellow milky white broth, sprinkled with coriander and chopped green onions after stewing, and you can taste the pure taste of mutton soup in every mouthful! Unlike the mutton soup in other stores, every bowl of mutton soup here is freshly stir-fried, and each portion is accurately weighed.

The mutton that has been stir-fried over high heat is full of fragrance, without a trace of mutton smell. You can taste the original fragrance of the mutton, and then add the mutton soup, just looking at it makes you salivate. The soup is made from mutton bones, and it is boiled over high heat for several hours, and it is milky white and fresh. The secret to the freshness of mutton soup without mutton smell is that the soup base is boiled with pure water, and it tastes sweet.

The broth had a sweet aftertaste, and we were not disappointed. We ordered lamb face soup, lamb soup and lamb offal soup (for three people), and they all felt good.

The atmosphere is bustling in the evening, as Sister Chen and her husband, one making wontons and the other boiling the soup, perform with such swiftness that it feels like a performance.

Why is it worth eating?

- The wontons are freshly made and cooked, their thin wrappers enveloping the plump meat filling. The broth bursts in your mouth the moment you bite into it, and the fresh meat filling is lightly scented with scallions and ginger. There&#39;s no need for any kind of technical or laborious work.

- The broth is a thick broth simmered for six hours with pork bones, topped with seaweed, dried shrimp, and cilantro. It&#39;s so delicious it&#39;s enough to make your eyebrows drop. A bowl in winter warms you from head to toe.

🍀Environment: 
Starbucks is located next to the entrance and exit of the first floor of the shopping mall. The door on the street is a bit lonely, but fortunately there is an outdoor outdoor area to decorate it. The store is relatively bright and transparent, and the fresh feeling plus the green decorative paintings are still quite beautiful. The sofas, booths and long conference table areas are all loosely distributed, and it is quite comfortable to stay here 💞.
