The retro British decor features a wooden bar counter and leather chairs under dim lighting, while a wall of whiskeys and red wines are scattered across the bar, creating a tranquil and luxurious atmosphere. Start with a bottle of champagne. The bubbles rise delicately in the glass, and upon closer inspection, a refreshing fruity aroma is revealed. A sip envelops the tongue in delicate bubbles, with a perfect balance of acidity and sweetness, and a light floral finish that instantly awakens the taste buds. The bartender's recommendation, the "Guyu" (Grain Rain), was a pleasant surprise. Its whiskey base is blended with the sweet notes of coconut and pineapple, while the dense foam melts between the lips and teeth, creating a blend of milky aromas and fruity acidity, as gentle as the evening breeze in Haikou. Another drink, the "Peach Oolong Gin and Tonic," is even more ingenious. The richness of the oolong tea balances the sharpness of the gin, while the sweetness of the peach lingers in the aftertaste, making it a perfect drink for women. At 10:30 PM, the resident singers begin to sing languidly, accompanied by the gentle clink of glasses and a side of honeydew melon and ham, creating a fusion of savory and sweet. Here, the elegance of champagne and the spirit of cocktails are hidden in the night and the aroma of wine.
