There was a long queue when I came to check in early in the morning. The order was chaotic and no one was maintaining it. Only an old lady came out from time to time to scan the code for you to take orders, and sometimes she couldn't remember what you ordered. The window was serving both takeout and queuing, and I didn't know in what order it was made. Anyway, I waited for a long time and ordered a small full set. Overall, the taste was okay, the crispy whistle was average, the minced meat was okay, and the noodles were the most delicious, so simply ordering a vegetarian noodle should be enough. The price was cheap, but the service was really bad. After the fried eggs were ready, I had to ask for them myself, and I couldn't remember what others had ordered at all.

Guiyang Xiaoping Spicy Vegetarian Noodles is an internet-famous snack bar in Guiyang. This snack bar is located in an old residential area in the center of Guiyang. Its vegetarian noodles are chewy, the chili oil is particularly fragrant and the spiciness is moderate. When mixed with its special tomato sauce, it is so delicious.
