Guiyang Qiancheng Sour Soup Beef Sour Soup is very rich and appetizing, but the sourness is also very gentle. The vegetarian dishes are extremely comfortable when cooked at the end. The fresh beef is not the kind that has too much tendons when eaten, and the taste is excellent. A platter of snacks with fried peppers is very interesting. The crispy meat and yellow cake taste good when eaten hot, but the taste will be reduced when cold. The grilled Qingyan tofu is not amazing, but it is also impeccable.

Before leaving Guiyang, I found this restaurant recommended online because it was near the hotel where we stayed. We ordered sour soup fish and a shuangyang pot of fresh yellow beef. The taste was delicious and the portion was large. The five of us only ate about a pound of yellow beef and a sour soup fish, which ended our trip to Guizhou successfully.
