噼里啪啦We had a variety of dinners: crispy duck, silk dumplings, and vegetarian noodles. On the 29th, I was clamoring for vegetarian noodles early in the morning. My friend said, "Oh my god, where can I get you vegetarian noodles at this time? They are all closed." Today, I finally had a good time. I was just dressed very elegantly to visit relatives, but I took a portion of vegetarian noodles and ate it while walking. I looked for crispy duck. After three pieces, I couldn't find my tongue. I only ate half of the half. I even asked for another one. Many friends don't know what silk dumplings are. I will report it later...

Danjia Crispy Duck was founded in 1987. There are more than a dozen branches in Guiyang. This one on Xiaoshizi Street is the main store. It is open 24 hours a day. So it doesn't matter if you come back late at night. I bought a double set meal A. It comes with half a duck, duck intestines and duck gizzards. It is fried and coated with flour. It tastes spicy. It is crispy in the mouth. The duck tastes particularly chewy after being fried. The gizzards are cut into flowers and taste crispy. The aftertaste is very numbing. It feels like your mouth is not your own.
Every time I go shopping here, I will buy some to eat. It is spicy and refreshing, crispy and not greasy. It is good.

Just got back from Guiyang! This mountain city gave me so many surprises 🏞️ Autumn in Guiyang is so cool, like having a natural air conditioner on. The whole city is filled with the fragrance of osmanthus blossoms. I laughed until I cried when monkeys robbed my snacks at Qianling Mountain. The sour fish soup was so delicious I ate it three days in a row! Of course, there were also some painful lessons, let me tell you about them~ 😂 Guiyang Travel Guide #CoolGuiyang #MountainCityVisits #OffTheBeatenPath #GuizhouFood 🚌【Transportation Guide】 The Guiyang subway is super convenient! It goes to all the major attractions 🚇 Taxi fares are super cheap, but traffic jams during peak hours can be infuriating. You can take a special bus to Qingyan Ancient Town; we took a taxi there for only 40 yuan, super cost-effective~ 🚖 🌅【3-Day Itinerary】 Day 1: Qianling Mountain Park → Jiaxiu Tower → Qingyun Road Night Market 📍Morning: The 5 yuan entrance fee to Qianling Mountain Park is such a great deal! The macaques on the mountain are adorable and will snatch your snacks, but remember to hide your plastic bags! 🐒 📍Lunch: Had a bowl of Changwang noodles at the foot of the mountain; the blood tofu was so tender it melted in your mouth! 🍜 📍Evening: The night view from Jiaxiu Tower is absolutely stunning, then we rushed to Qingyun Road Night Market for Siwawa (a type of steamed bun), with over ten kinds of side dishes to choose from! 🌃 Day 2: Qingyan Ancient Town → Huaguoyuan Wetland Park 📍Breakfast: The braised pig's feet in Qingyan Ancient Town are a must-try! Strolling and eating along the stone-paved streets, the former residence of the top scholar is a great spot for photos 📸 📍Lunch: Tried rose sugar and tofu balls in the ancient town; the sweet and savory combination was surprisingly harmonious 🌹 📍Evening: Returned to the city to see the White House at night; the lights reflected on the water looked like a fairytale castle 🏰 Day 3: Tianhetan Park → Zhongshuge Bookstore → Minsheng Road Snack Street 📍Morning: The caves at Tianhetan Park were incredibly refreshing; we explored both the dry and water caves in one go, and the Rainbow Waterfall was breathtaking 🌈 📍Noon: Read a book and drink coffee at the popular Zhongshuge Bookstore; the mirrored design is super futuristic!📚 📍Evening: Eat your way from one end of Minsheng Road to the other; the "Love Tofu" lived up to its name!💘 💸【Expense List】 Transportation for three days cost 200 yuan (including round-trip to the ancient town); entrance fees totaled less than 100 yuan—incredibly good value! Accommodation for two nights near the fountain was only 300 yuan; food for two days cost a whopping 400 yuan (because there were so many delicious things!). The prices in this provincial capital are incredibly affordable, making snack freedom a reality! 💰 🏨【Accommodation Guide】 Fountain Pool Area: Advantages: Conveniently located near a subway interchange, easy to get around, and offers a wide variety of late-night snacks 🍢 Price: 150-250 RMB/night Recommendation: Numerous chain hotels, perfect for grabbing some skewers right downstairs at night. Guanshanhu Area: Advantages: Relatively quiet, new hotels with good facilities, ideal for a relaxing vacation 🛋️ Price: 200-300 RMB/night Recommendation: Many lake-view rooms, perfect for a morning run 🏃♀️ 🍜【Must-Try Foods】 The sour fish soup base is so delicious you could drink three bowls! The aroma of the Litsea cubeba oil is irresistible 🐟 The "Silk Doll" (a type of steamed bun) is like mini spring rolls, fun and delicious to make yourself 🌯 The crispy duck at Danjia is fried until the bones are crispy, the chili powder is the soul of the dish 🦆 ‼️Warning: Lessons Learned!‼ ️ I got chased halfway up Qianling Mountain by monkeys while holding my milk tea! Never expose your drink! 🧋 Wearing new shoes while strolling through Qingyan Ancient Town, the cobblestone streets taught me a lesson! 👠 Thought I didn't need sunscreen in autumn, but ended up with a V-neck sunburn at Tianhetan! 👒 Arrived at Minsheng Road at 8 am, and many snacks were already sold out! 😭 Finally, I have to praise Guiyang's prices! I ate my fill of 10-yuan "silk doll" (a type of Guizhou snack), and even the taxi driver was helpful in giving directions~ I've already recommended it to my best friend, and we're planning a second visit! 👯♀️ #PlacesMyWeChatFriendsAreSoMostAskedAbout #FoodFestival #AJourneyLikeASong #FoodFestival #LayingDownTheSleepyKidsTakeMeals
