This restaurant has one of the best snail dish I've had even compared to many similar overseas fine dining establishments that cost multiple times the price. Many different types of seafood were all prepared with interesting flavour combinations.Service was also very good.

The environment of the restaurant ranges from lighting to tabletops, tables and chairs to tableware, and even the table flowers are made of fresh flowers, which can be called a romantic executor. The restaurant is so carefully built, no wonder it attracts so many customers, and the set meal is very cost-effective. As the hotel with the highest consumption in Guiyang, it costs more than 600 per person, but it is really a good deal to be able to eat eight dishes! Today, I feel that the staple food content on Amber's menu is a little bit excessive, and I can't eat it anymore! My husband and I, who don't like offal and never eat foie gras, plucked up the courage to try their foie gras sauce today. The foie gras is so good! The method of beating foie gras into a mousse shape is simply amazing! It tastes different when paired with appetizer bread, and we both ate it all! The grilled tiger prawns are a little different from what I imagined. I thought they were directly grilled, but I didn't expect them to be grilled at low temperature and then with a gun + garlic butter. The taste feels a bit strong, and I don't like it very much. The oxtail soup is very good. It is a very well-made clear soup. My husband and I like it very much. 😍 The other dishes are neither good nor bad. The dessert is worth praising. A fig smoothie tastes sour and sweet and is very greasy. The last dessert is different for the two people. One is mango flavored and the other is strawberry flavored. Every staff member I met since entering the hotel has a good attitude, very kind and enthusiastic. It makes people feel very comfortable. We arrived early and there were not many customers. I thought the business was not very good. After a while, several tables came one after another. The dishes started to be served. The waiter introduced each dish very carefully. Because we were not used to eating beef, the waiter sister Daisy also helped us communicate with the kitchen to change the pork chop. The menu is very cost-effective and the atmosphere is also very good. Because we like to take pictures, the sister saw us using the mobile phone flashlight to take pictures and silently took a fill light to lend it to us. It was so considerate!
