On June 17, 2019, after going to three places, we finally arrived at the Nengren Temple Vegetarian Restaurant. We are grateful that there is such a good place for us vegetarians to feast on!

The stir-fried lotus root and wood ear mushrooms are crispy, the wood ear mushrooms are soft and smooth, and the seasoning is just right. ● Elephant Mountain Water Moon Cave: Upon entering the scenic area, head directly to the Elephant Mountain Water Moon Cave, the centerpiece of Elephant Trunk Hill. From the stone steps to the right of the cave entrance, take a bird&#39;s-eye view of the &quot;moon floating on the water,&quot; creating a stunning reflection. The photos are truly stunning.

● Puxian Pagoda: Take the back trail up to Puxian Pagoda. The 13.6-meter-tall pagoda resembles the hilt of a sword thrust upon an elephant&#39;s back. From the summit, you&#39;ll enjoy panoramic views of Elephant Trunk Hill, the surrounding landscape, and the Guilin cityscape.

Haitian Rice Noodle Roll is quite famous. I came here specially for breakfast. The business is really good.
The first time I ate it, I chose a combination. The rice noodles with shrimp and beef cost 11 yuan. The rice noodles are all freshly made and very fresh and hot. The white porridge is free and you can serve yourself a bowl to eat with the rice noodles.
The rice noodles look good, the shrimps are big and the ingredients are sufficient, the beef noodles taste good, and their spicy sauce is really fragrant and delicious, which is a bit memorable.
