it's a great experience staying here with wonderful services and comfortable accommodation. The staff here is very helpful and amiable while asking for directions or looking for amenities. The staff even provided four packs of thermal conductive pad without being asked and gave out a plushy upon leaving. Other than that, the location of this hotel is not bad at all, in front of it is a walkway access to shops and restaurants that provide an absolute trouble-free experience. Not to mention that, there's a row of ginkgo tree that just turned yellow in front of the hotel, it's incredibly beautiful and mesmerizing. Lovely experience staying here, will definitely visit again.

Located in the city center, it is very convenient to go anywhere. It is very satisfying to bring children here. There is a swimming pool and a playground on the tenth floor. The playground is right outside the door. The children had a lot of fun. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Guilin. The housekeeper Shishi is also very patient and attentive.
