The fish is just cooked, very fresh and tender. Finally, I ate stuffed skin. Stuffed skin is a specialty dish in Qinghai. Just like the cold skin in Xi'an, it is also eaten cold. I like to eat this kind of skin. I will order similar dishes wherever I go. However, as a girl from Guangzhou, I cannot eat anything too spicy. Since the cold dishes were served a long time ago, I forgot to say that they were not spicy at first. The stuffed skin was so spicy that I could only eat one or two strips.
