Its E-noodles have a good texture, not the kind of mushy and soft, and the E-noodles are particularly flavorful. The lobster E-noodles I eat at the hotel are all very unpalatable, and this one actually broke my previous prejudice against E-noodles; its sauce is also delicious, it is the kind of thick sauce, there is enough pork in the fried sauce, and it is slightly sweet but not greasy.
