The price of White Swan Tea is definitely the ceiling in the city. Dim sum is around 60 yuan, ordinary tea is 20 yuan, plus 15% service charge. As for whether the product matches the price, it depends on personal opinion. I think the food is basically exquisite and delicious, and the ingredients are fresh and the portion is moderate. Generally, people come here to change their taste when they are tired of other restaurants. The environment is undoubtedly elegant, and with high-quality service, it is a bit expensive to consume here, but it does give people a very comfortable feeling.

Hongtu Mansion of White Swan was successfully promoted to Michelin last year. The products are really great. Recommended dim sum: Yangcheng Fresh Shrimp Dumplings: The shrimp is fresh and delicious, and the skin is chewy and not mushy. It is a must-order dim sum; Swan Pastry: The shape is vivid and you can't bear to eat it. The filling is abalone + barbecued pork. Saqima with olive kernel: soft and glutinous without sticking to the teeth, full of egg flavor. After eating dim sum, you can also walk around the White Swan Hotel and admire the big koi in the pond.

Visiting Shamian Island in early winter and having afternoon tea at the Hongtu Hall of the White Swan Hotel at noon is a perfect match. The classic hometown water is already full of Christmas atmosphere, and the exquisite snacks are as great as always.

Finally, I had a delicious morning tea at the White Swan, which brought back many memories of my friends in Guangzhou. It turns out that tea can be so good! I also met new friends at the same table. I was the only tourist from out of town. At the White Swan’s Hongtu Mansion, I enjoyed tea with my family while enjoying the river view. It felt so good.

Manager Liang and Miss Xue, who are responsible for banquet sales, will give experience and suggestions according to our ideas. Special thanks here, both in the early planning and follow-up on the day are very meticulous. There is also the housekeeper in charge of the banquet hall on the day, who contacted us a few days in advance, carefully and patiently understood the various aspects of the wedding on the day with us, and arranged follow-up one by one, which really made us feel at ease, and the night was also very smooth! Here we would like to once again thank all the staff who served us during the banquet. We are deeply attached to our hometown and miss it the most when we leave.
