I called ahead to make a reservation, and the owner said the chicken would take at least an hour to cook (they said it was free-range chicken, so they needed that long to cook it for flavor). When we arrived, there was ample parking, and the chicken was cooked right on schedule. The pot-side steamed buns were incredibly delicious; my child ate five and praised them profusely! The chicken was also incredibly flavorful. The set meal was generous, and we added an extra portion of pig intestines, which we loved.
