一路 向北Ganzhou has an ancient alley with a long history - Zaoer Lane, whose history can be traced back to the Song Dynasty. In this old alley, there is a family called Dongfu. This is an old family that has been preserved since ancient times, and it still retains the appearance of a hundred years ago. Dongfu was considered a mansion in history. It was built during the Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty. It was originally a money house and pawnshop. It was called a bank during the Republic of China period, and now it is called a restaurant with a unique style.
Dongfu is an ancient building with three straight entrances and multiple patios. It is a more representative ancient building. As soon as you come in, you can see the words "The wealthy family condenses righteousness, and the purple pavilion towers into the sky", which is very impressive.

The environment is like an ancestral hall. It is a very lively place with too many people. Even if you come at six o'clock, you still have to wait for a long time for a seat. However, the taste here is indeed good and has more local characteristics. There are no discounts.
Dongfu is located in Zaoer Lane. It is a rare opportunity to eat in such an antique house. I ordered sweet and sour spare ribs, pork in a bag, steamed vermicelli with pickled vegetables, fried bacon with winter bamboo shoots, lotus seed soup, fried Shanghai greens, and a pot of rice wine. It can be said that the dishes are very good, and each dish has the taste it should have. It is so delicious. I recommend friends who come to Ganzhou to try it, and it is best to make a reservation in advance.
I've been there a few times, and the service staff's attitude is questionable. They chat and look at their phones, and you have to ask several times before they'll acknowledge you. They don't guide you; you have to find your own room. It feels like the management is lax. The dishes, however, are indeed representative of Ganzhou cuisine.
