A group of 3 people came to Fuyuan to watch the sunrise and try Fuyuan&#39;s specialty river fish, which tasted very good. We ordered a dog fish meatball soup, which was a large portion and tasted very fresh. It is worth a try. The sashimi was frozen sturgeon fillet, dipped in the local sauce and was sour and spicy appetizing. The boss of the braised Ussuri white salmon said that the locals call it rabbit fish. It tasted very good and had no small bones. I will come to Fuyuan again if I have the chance to try more other river fish.
