I have eaten at this restaurant many times before and I always had a good experience with the food being of good quality and reasonably priced.
When I first came to Songjianghe Town, I often ate in this restaurant. The food tasted okay but was very salty (the food in Songjianghe Hotel is always salty). Maybe the taste in this area is strong.
The portion size is OK, and the food is typical of Northeastern cuisine... Salty
The food was served incredibly slowly, taking forty minutes to arrive before a single dish was served. In the end, I got impatient and they finally brought out two dishes, which were just okay. They weren't terrible, but they weren't bad either.
