After wandering around the Wupin Ancient Kiln Yamen this morning, I stumbled upon an amazing Jiangxi cuisine restaurant in the city—it's even better than the internet-famous ones! 💯 🏠Jing Xiaole Jiangxi Specialties 📍Fuliang City (Parking is super convenient 🚗) 💰All-you-can-eat for 25 yuan per person 🔥Specializing in Authentic Jiangxi Stir-fry This little restaurant hidden in Fuliang City truly amazed me! It's the kind of unassuming place you'd easily miss if you pass by, but the food is truly divine! The stir-fried yellow beef was incredibly tender and cooked to perfection; the chili stir-fried pork was spicy and satisfying, perfect with rice! And their braised pork was rich but not greasy, with every piece thoroughly flavored. The restaurant isn't big, but it's very clean, without the overpriced feel of a scenic spot restaurant. The most important thing is that the price per person is only 25 yuan. I'm so touched to find such a conscientious restaurant near the scenic area 😭 The portions are also huge. We ordered three dishes and couldn't finish them. Tips: I recommend going at noon to avoid the line. The owner said that locals tend to come more often in the evening. Lunch: Jing Xiaole Jiangxi Specialties 📍This hidden gem of a restaurant is a 30-minute drive from the ancient town (Rongxiang Tingyuan Community, Building 4, Room 120, Xinchang South Road). Parking is conveniently available right at the door!🚗 📍The owner is incredibly welcoming and is currently having an opening event. Super value for money!
