Fuding is close to Wenzhou Fried Chicken, so when I was little, I often went there with my family for seafood. The prices were cheaper than in Wenzhou! It just so happened that during the Spring Festival holiday, I had nothing better to do, so I decided to go somewhere else. 🅿️ Parking is scarce in Fuding, so if you drive there, you'll need to park on the roadside. We parked near Experimental Primary School and walked around. 🩷Shizijie Chuanchuan Highly recommended! A must-try! It's the same delicious skewers I used to eat on the carts outside my school when I was little. The ingredients are so fresh, no artificial meatballs! I highly recommend the pork meatballs, the white radish, and the various soy products! 🩷 Back Street Scallion Pancakes The lady at the shop fries them fresh, so you don't have to wait long. They're perfect to eat hot from the oven for their sweet scallion flavor, but they can be a bit greasy when they cool. 🩷 Shacheng Seafood Noodles There are several similar restaurants nearby, so you can't go wrong. Simply choose your favorite noodles and the owner will scatter the ingredients. It's only 15 yuan a bowl! 🩷 Liang Bo Chu Cha This is a local specialty milk tea shop. Their base is Fuding white tea, which is refreshing and has just the right amount of sweetness. 🩷 Anai Fuding Intangible Cultural Heritage Pig's Head (Haikou Road Main Branch) I could go to Fuding countless times just for Anai! I absolutely love it! I didn't disappoint with any of the dishes I ordered. The spicy and sour chicken rack was very satisfying, and the mixed noodles were perfectly chewy. The downside is that it's so popular that you have to find the menu and order yourself. After opening at 4 PM, I recommend going early! 🩷 Huandao Pork Slices (I skipped the long line at Pork Slices Grandpa immediately) I couldn't find any specific information on the app, but I happened to pass by it, and my intuition told me it must be delicious!
