The taxi driver told me this is a relatively well-known little place. I arrived around 2:00 PM on a weekday, during the off-season, but there were still a steady stream of diners, demonstrating its high local recognition. [Proud]
[Mint] Ambiance: Clean, fast-food restaurant-style.
[Service Bell] Service: Not much; order and eat. No napkins or tea provided. I tried several of their signature dishes, and aside from the tripe-wrapped pork belly, which had a tough, chewy crust, the others were all excellent. [Excellent]

The tripe-wrapped pork belly fillings come in two varieties: pure meat and potato meat. The meat inside was rather soft and flavorless, requiring the accompanying dipping sauce. However, the outer layer of tripe was incredibly tough, a negative review. [Sniffle]

Of the two types of steamed buns, the long ones were filled with tripe, which is quite rare and surprisingly delicious. They were salty and fragrant, and not sticky. [Laughing/crying]
The smaller ones had the regular lamb filling, which wasn&#39;t particularly pungent. The crust, unlike Xinjiang&#39;s baked buns, was a bit crispy. However, both buns were heated upon order, which was a bit lacking. I believe the taste and aroma would be even better fresh out of the oven. Their signature dried meat noodles are essentially hand-rolled noodles with dried beef. The noodles are quite chewy and resemble potato noodles [laughing and crying]. The dried meat is softer than expected. After a long simmer, it absorbs the broth, making it soft and chewy, and the texture is even better than pure dried meat [strong]. Even better, the broth is rich and full of meaty flavor. Unfortunately, the bowl is so small that I didn&#39;t get enough broth, and I didn&#39;t even ask for more [laughing and crying].

This is a unique little shop. It&#39;s hard to find it outside of Hulunbuir, so don&#39;t miss it if you&#39;re passing by [laughing and crying].
