GAO JI DOU FU NAO

Every time I go to Mount Emei, I must visit this old shop if I want to eat tofu pudding. Just looking at the shop sign, it has not changed for more than ten years. I ate too much breakfast at the hotel, so it is a great place to have a quick lunch. There are also various snack shops on this street. During the long holidays, the crowds are surging and it is not easy to park. We have to act separately, parking, taking seats, and ordering. Because there are too many people, we only sell one kind of beef crispy meat egg tofu. The tofu pudding is fresh and smooth, served with crispy peanuts, chopped green onions, and the crispy meat is particularly crispy and fragrant. Tofu really needs to be eaten hot. The beef pancake is soft, and the steamed beef with rice flour is spicy and mouth-watering, which is a perfect match with tofu pudding.

People in Chengdu are used to calling the simpler small restaurants on the street "fly restaurants", and this tofu pudding is a standard fly restaurant. The business is really hot. You have to find a seat first and then start ordering. The group ordered a bowl of crispy meat tofu pudding (vegetarian tofu pudding + crispy meat) and a beef sandwich. The pancake is soft, and the steamed beef in it tastes good. The tofu pudding is spicy enough and tastes good. It is a delicious and inexpensive specialty snack.

Gao Ji Tofu Pudding is an extremely popular shop, always bustling with business, especially during mealtimes. It seems like every resident of Emei Mountain eats breakfast here.
