The brown sugar in the ice jelly was Leshan’s sand-turned brown sugar, which tasted very good, but the ice jelly itself was a little disappointing, after all, their signature dish is tofu brain. Tofu pudding needs to be written separately. The tofu pudding in Leshan is salty, and it is topped with meat and chili peppers. Adding a few crispy peas is simply delicious. Stir it before eating, but don't stir it too much, so that the water in the tofu pudding can be easily separated. Stir it gently and taste it slowly. This bowl of tofu pudding is very flavorful and heavy. It can be mixed alone or in pairs. The content is still very similar to steamed pork with rice flour.

This is a must-visit shop every time I go to Mount Emei. I like the Kabing here the most. Steamed beef and crispy meat are mixed together, with kohlrabi and peanuts, and a little coriander. It is spicy and fragrant. This time I tried the pig intestine tofu pudding, which tasted good, but I personally don’t like the Leshan tofu pudding method, which is too little tofu pudding. I didn’t expect the beef noodles to surprise me. The beef was soft and tender, and the portion was large. I especially liked it.
