During the trip, the local driver led the way to this Shunzhang Yellow Noodle Restaurant. There is a parking lot next to it, which is convenient for parking. The dishes here are all put with a little chili. The children don&rsquo;t eat spicy food, so they specially gave us hot sauce for us to add ourselves. The yellow noodles were not small in size. I ate them right away and forgot to take pictures. The noodles were chewy and felt a bit like ramen. The children said it was like eating pasta. The sauce had a bit of soybean sauce and taste. Many of the vegetables here are lettuce, which was also ordered here. It was green, crispy and tender, and not bad. The donkey meat and braised sand were also delicious, with a salty and fresh taste.

It was like a healthy vegetable. I ordered some beef, mutton, and mushrooms. Except for the beef tendon, which was a bit hard to chew right after it was served, everything else was fine. The beef tendon had to be grilled on the charcoal fire for a while before it became soft and tender. It tasted very good when it was soft and tender.
