Last time I went to Hengdian, I forgot to comment. We had dinner here on the first night because it was highly recommended by the public.
We went a little early, so there were seats to choose from. I ordered a rib pot (2 pounds of ribs), added lotus root slices, pickled cabbage, enoki mushrooms, corn tortillas, and a portion of pickled cabbage dumplings, cold dishes of preserved egg tofu, and a bottle of orange juice.
First, boil the big pot with firewood, and then the waiter added the vegetables and ribs. Cover the pot and wait.
The preserved egg tofu felt a little rough, and the preserved egg was a little woody. The taste was really average, not recommended.
The pickled cabbage dumplings tasted okay and were big.
