I came to Xinshi for a weekend trip and was looking for something to eat at noon. We came to Yuansong Mutton Restaurant, located in Xiantan Food Square on Ningxia Road. It looks like a time-honored restaurant. There were quite a lot of customers inside. We ordered the same thing, which was mutton noodles, 35 yuan a bowl. Very solid. A big bowl of noodles with a bowl of mutton. The mutton was stewed very well, with thick oil and red sauce, not greasy, and tasted very good.

周末到新市这边来玩，中午找吃的，我们来了这家元松羊肉店，在这边宁夏路的仙潭食坊，看上去像是家老字号，来到里面，顾客还挺多的。我们点的都一样，就是羊肉面，35元一碗。很实在的。一大碗面，配上一碗羊肉。羊肉炖得很烂，浓油赤酱，没有油腻感，口感甚佳。

这个暑期只能就近晃一圈，去湖州路上特地绕了一段去德清吃羊肉面，想找回十年前的回忆，但找不到吃过的那家无名老店在哪里了，通过DP发现这家排名第一，就换新家尝试一下。跟着导航还是很容易找的，进店问有没有菜单，被告知没有，因为他们只卖羊肉面，瞬间更相信自己的选择了，只做一道菜的饭店总不会有差的。味道果然还可以，30块的价格也合理。

应该是当地很有名的面店了，去的时候几乎坐满了，很热闹。这里不需要点菜，也没菜给你点，就是默认的羊肉面。坐下后，老板娘会来问要几碗。羊肉非常的酥烂，入口即化，羊杂也很入味，浓油赤酱，甜咸口。几乎没有膻味，我不爱吃羊肉的人都几乎吃完了，就是到后面那个羊肉的瘦肉部分实在是吃不下。面条可以续，不过好像要5元一份，老公说还是有点吃不饱。

I, who don&#39;t like mutton, almost finished it, but I couldn&#39;t eat the lean part of the mutton at the back. Noodles can be refilled, but it seems to cost 5 yuan per serving. My husband said it was still a bit unfilled.

Zhang Yipin Restaurant is located in Xiantan Food Square in Xinshi Ancient Town.
Go to Xinshi Ancient Town for a stroll on weekends and choose Zhang Yipin Restaurant for lunch. The spacious storefront, the eight-immortal table in front of the hall, and the large kitchen in the back make it look like a restaurant and canteen in the 1980s, full of the sense of the times.
I came here to eat three years ago and I can&#39;t forget the braised lamb here. I ordered the signature braised lamb, stir-fried lamb, lamb hoof, lamb noodles, lamb blood soup, shredded eel, and snow vegetable mushrooms. What&#39;s shocking is that the lamb bones that conquered me at 5 yuan a pot are still 5 yuan now! A little wine, a lamb bone, what else can I ask for!
The dishes of Zhang Yipin Restaurant are traditional in taste and very cost-effective. When you go to Xinshi Ancient Town, I strongly recommend Zhang Yipin in Xiantan Food Square.

It was a little greasy, and the braised mutton noodles also had sugar in them, but I don&#39;t like sugar, but everything else was good. We tried the mutton noodles, eel noodles, and pork rib noodles, as well as the local specialty snacks, which were so large that they needed to be packed up.

I heard that Xinshi tea cake is very famous, so I went to buy it. I thought it was a cake to drink with tea, but it turned out to be a big meat bun. Of course, the skin is not made of flour, but glutinous rice flour.
This store seems to have a good background and has been on many TV stations. We arrived at the store at about one or two o&#39;clock after lunch. It is actually a self-owned workshop. We didn&#39;t see the counter or the boss when we entered. After shouting twice, the boss lady came out from behind a pile of steamers. The table was full of other customers who had already ordered. If we went late, we might not be able to eat it.
Tea cakes are available in large and medium sizes. The boss lady said that people now have small appetites. In the past, they only made large ones, and they said they couldn&#39;t eat them. Now they make two sizes. It&#39;s not easy to make smaller ones. She also repeatedly reminded us to heat it before eating, refrigerate it if we eat it immediately, and freeze it if we eat it over a few days. She also enthusiastically sent us to the door.

A small coffee shop in Xinshi Ancient Town, the environment is pretty good, the sun room on the first floor is bright. The attic on the second floor is elegant and quiet. If there are no children playing, it is still good to take a break, chat, and drink coffee and tea~
I ordered flat white, the taste is okay, not too strong; the chicken breast salad is quite large, the taste is average and it is okay to fill the hunger.
There are three cats in the store, they are not afraid of strangers, and their fur is well maintained and very clean.

Traveling in Xinshi Ancient Town, at night, I ordered the local specialty spicy turtle in the old house teahouse in the ancient town. The taste is sweet and fresh, slightly spicy, and thick oily sauce, very tasty. The turtle&#39;s feet are already very crispy and boneless, and the gelatinous texture of the skirt is very good and sticky. There are also tender tofu, chicken feet, and potatoes. The tofu absorbs the soup of the turtle and is very delicious. Recommended.
