This was the last lunch in Ganzi Prefecture during the spring outing. The locals recommended this restaurant with high blood curd.
The signature blood curd is definitely a must-order. Blood curd, pig intestines, and beans. The taste is multi-layered and very tasty. It must be mixed with rice.
Cold beef and broad beans and ear roots are more recommended, mainly because the peppers in Ganzi Prefecture are very fragrant.
It is said that there are many minerals in Danba.
