Xilamurencao Chen&#39;s Private Kitchen is located in Xilamurencao Town, Damao Banner, Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is a company mainly engaged in the catering industry. Every city has a kind of food that makes travelers dream about it. It is the symbol and soul of the city. In addition to three meals a day, local special snacks can best reflect the taste and temperament of the locals; and mutton offal is the most important among the many snacks in Inner Mongolia. It is also a delicacy that many Inner Mongolians dream about.

The boss is very warm and simple Mongolian. I had milk tea, fruit bars, cheese, and mutton offal for breakfast, and experienced Mongolian breakfast. I had roasted lamb legs and lamb chops for lunch, which tasted good and the lamb was not smelly. I watched a bonfire party at night, and it was a beautiful grassland night.
