It is the kind of staple food that I am willing to buy for breakfast. This shop has four flavors in total, two sweet and two salty. For the salty one, I chose the | Deluxe Xizhou Baba^. It was originally for the meat lover in the family, but everyone liked it after tasting it. The fusion of eggs and noodles feels great. For the sweet | Traditional brown sugar Baba^ and | Rose bean paste^ are different in style. The latter is more like an ordinary pie, without any special features. I still like the traditional one, which tastes very fragrant when chewed.

When you go to Xizhou Ancient Town, you must come and taste the monk baba from Suxiangyuan. There are various flavors. The price ranges from a few yuan to dozens of yuan. It has been on CCTV News. It is a special shooting point. Come to Xizhou, eat baba, and taste the taste of time😄

I was shocked. I queued for 50 minutes to buy a baba. The taste of baba is actually OK, but it's really not worth queuing for so long! This Suxiangyuan is also the most popular baba in Xizhou. There are 4 kinds of baba in total, two sweet and two salty ones. The sweet ones are 10 yuan rose bean paste brown sugar filling and 15 yuan limited edition. I didn't expect that we could buy the limited edition with a daily sales of 40 pieces at 5 pm. The salty ones are 10 yuan scallion meat and 20 yuan deluxe 4-layer meat and egg. We bought a deluxe version and a limited edition. The deluxe version really didn't taste like four layers of meat, it was just a salty pancake with the taste of meat patties and stewed eggs. The limited edition tasted sweet and burnt, but the pancake felt very dry after two bites. Another bad experience is that there are many cars passing by the queue, which keeps interrupting the queue! I don’t understand, isn’t this area of ​​the ancient city closed to traffic?

I was strolling around Xizhou and walked to Sifang Street Square. I saw that Xiangsuyuan and Shangxizhou Posu Baba were doing a great business. The line was long, starting from the Daliu area. I bought a savory deluxe baba for 20 yuan. I should have gotten a sweet one, as it tasted pretty average and didn't have a lot of filling. I felt a bit disappointed waiting in line, but the price was quite high.
