六味小熊丸I've compiled some delicious food from my recent trip to Dali to share with you. Yunnan cuisine really hits my spot, and I'll definitely have to try it again if I get the chance. 😭
🌟Tabaixuan Courtyard Private Cuisine
The spicy and sour papaya fish is very appetizing and goes well with rice. The sweet and sour pork ribs with plums are absolutely delicious! And the water lily soup is a must-try when in Dali; it's quite light. The arugula salad has a slightly bitter taste and is quite refreshing.
🌟Qinghong Private Kitchen · Bai Ethnic Courtyard Wild Mushroom Hotpot
Make reservations in advance for this restaurant! The pheasant mushroom soup pot is made with a variety of mushrooms, creating a delicious broth. The dried mushroom fried rice is incredibly fragrant, and the mushrooms are even more fragrant after being stir-fried. The wild mushroom pork is fried until crispy. The handmade rose yogurt is delicious and not too sweet; the rose aroma blends well with the yogurt. 🌟Authentic Kaiyuan Rice Noodles
This restaurant is located in Dali Old Town. I love the lively atmosphere. Guests gather around to eat rice noodles while the owner grills tofu, potatoes, and other items in the middle. You absolutely must try the glazed tofu! It has a unique texture, with a slightly chewy exterior and a tender, fragrant bean flavor inside. The stinky tofu is dry and fragrant, unlike the stinky tofu from Changsha. Any rice noodle dish is delicious!
🌟Yang's Restaurant
The courtyard is lovely, and there's a cat there that's not afraid of people. The "Lao Nai Yang Ya" (Old Milk Potato) is a must! Yunnan's specialty, pickled vegetables are stir-fried with potatoes, making them fluffy. The pickled vegetable and meat stir-fry is also delicious. The river shrimp omelet is a bit oily, though average. The buckwheat cake has a rich, grainy aroma and a healthy, slightly bitter flavor with a slightly crispy exterior. 🌟 Yinmi • Traditional Yunnan Cross-Bridge Rice Noodles
The presentation is exquisite and photogenic, and the eating process is quite fun. You can pour all the ingredients into the boiling chicken broth yourself. The taste is quite good, though a little pricey, but worth the experience.
🌟 Bai Ethnic Minority Homemade Cuisine • Bai Ethnic BBQ
The restaurant faces Erhai Lake, offering stunning views, and the food is delicious! The cold shredded chicken rice noodles with chili oil are a must-try! The mint spare ribs are fried to a crisp, and the spare ribs are also very crispy. The stir-fried bacon with tree bark and tree flowers, the roasted pork belly with tiles, and the hand-shredded king oyster mushrooms were all excellent. Trying tree bark and tree flowers for the first time was truly amazing; they are a type of mushroom. If you're interested, give them a try.
🥰 Yunnan rice noodles are delicious at every restaurant! I'll always love Yunnan rice noodles!

The rice noodle set comes in three flavors: gold, silver, and bronze. The "Golden Rice" set is available. For just over 100 yuan, it covers a large table. The rice noodles come with 18 different dipping sauces: shredded chicken, chicken nuggets, crispy pork tenderloin, ham, shrimp, squid, mullet fillet, quail eggs, morels, golden ear mushrooms, cordyceps flowers, grass sprouts, chives, magnolia slices, and shredded tofu skin. It's truly captivating. Additional dishes include wild vegetable baba, brown sugar tofu pudding, Sichuan peppercorn crispy pork, rice wine and milk fan soup, Yunnan-style candied leg buns, and four braised dishes: beef, duck gizzards, quail eggs, and dried orchid.
I finally got to try the Cross-Bridge Rice Noodles that my bestie 👭 recommended countless times before coming to Yunnan❗❗❗ After finishing it, I can only say: My bestie never lied to me❗ Upon arrival, there was a large plate of side dishes, followed by a massive bowl of bubbling, steaming clay pot broth. Pour all the side dishes in and simmer for about 🖐🏻 minutes, then add the rice noodles. Another 🈶5 minutes and they're almost ready. The rice noodles were evenly thick and smooth, and the side dishes were delicious too. Family, listen to me❗ You absolutely must try this rice noodle shop when you come to Dali. You won't be disappointed❗ #ShuanglangFood #YunnanCross-BridgeMilkNoodles #ShuanglangAncientTown #DaliFood

This traditional rice noodle shop boasts fresh and rich ingredients. The noodles are springy! You can choose to cook them yourself or have the waitress help you. Since I had kids with me and was worried about getting burned, I let the waitress cook them. Her warmth was palpable ❤️👀 I have to say their signature original soup and lemongrass sour soup are both excellent. The rice noodles are generously portioned, and you get unlimited refills. The restaurant's elegant décor is perfect for taking photos and checking in! The desserts are also worth trying: rice wine and milk fan soup, handmade yogurt, and brown sugar tofu pudding! Not only looks good, but it's delicious 😋👍 📍Yinmi·Traditional Yunnan Cross-Bridge Rice Noodles #DaliAncientCity #DaliAncientCityFood #DaliFood #DaliAncientCityCross-BridgeRiceNoodles #Dali #DaliYunnan #YunnanCross-BridgeRiceNoodles #YinmiCross-BridgeRiceNoodles #Cross-BridgeRiceNoodles #DaliTravel #Must-EatDali #Must-EatDaliFood #DaliAncientCityYinmi #YunnanFood
