On the first day after arriving, I simply had dinner at InterContinental Xian Restaurant. The restaurant was doing well, and I could only book a table at 19:30.

The fish head was fresh, and the soup was light, with bamboo shoots, green vegetables, red dates and wolfberries, fish balls and small river shrimps. There was a small ribbon-cutting ceremony before the fish head was opened, which was interesting. But the overall price-performance ratio was average.

The service in the restaurant was OK, but it was a bit noisy when there were many people.

Oh, this restaurant is quite interesting. It is obviously a social restaurant, but... It is located in the hotel. There is only one restaurant within a few kilometers. 90% of the diners are hotel guests. It can be called a small hotel canteen. The restaurant serves local farm dishes. The environment is ordinary, but the taste is really good. I heard that many celebrities have been here. It seems that they all came when they stayed at the InterContinental. Haha. Local eggs, braised pork, stir-fried veal with sour radish... They are all home-cooked and delicious. I also ordered a local chicken soup, which is perfect. The dishes are served very quickly, and there is no service charge. Sign in and punch in to get a free drink. Haha, it&#39;s not bad.

The breakfast here is very rich, with everything, especially fried dough sticks, fried dumplings, fried buns, and wontons are all made by the breakfast chef himself, and the taste is great! I will definitely come here to eat snacks next time.

Breakfast is included in the accommodation...very rich...There are many choices, including Western style (milk cereal, muffins, freshly made omelette, various breads, lettuce salad...) and Chinese style (freshly made pancakes, fried dumplings, pan-fried buns, freshly made soy milk and tofu pudding, fried dough sticks, chicken feet, various porridge...) Basically, I can&#39;t finish it...I love hash browns the most. The only thing is that there are fewer types of drinks...some drinks require extra money...but I don&#39;t drink them much. The environment is large...a great breakfast experience!
