I have been lying in the waiting comments, and I have been so lazy to write. Is it because I have foresight that there will be activities recently...hahaha.
I went to Qiandao Lake originally to drink fish head soup and eat lake seafood with friends, but the baby was not feeling well, so we ate hurriedly in the restaurant. Finally, the baby fell asleep and I went out to find food with my husband. Shu Da Xia is very suitable because it is next to the Hanting where I live. It is very convenient, and there are not as many people as in Shanghai. The taste is similar. I have eaten Shu Da Xia in Shanghai many times and they are all relatively consistent.

It was 30&deg;C, and it was almost 2 o&#39;clock when we arrived at Green Tea. There were not many diners. The ancient environment and the air conditioning in the mall made me feel like I had returned to the human world from Huoyan Mountain, haha. 
Signature braised pork - the small portion I ordered tasted good, but the portion was small, especially when it was placed on the plate (see photo); 
Sweet and sour pork tenderloin - the flour was a little thick, but it was sweet and sour, suitable for eating with rice; 
Chicken sauce tofu - another dish to eat with rice, like Hangzhou cuisine, it is a vegetable to adjust the taste; 
Fish head soup - the store didn&#39;t say whether it was fished from Qiandao Lake, but the overall taste was good and the meat was not dry. There was a big gap on the casserole, and it seemed that the store didn&#39;t care much. 
It was past 3 o&#39;clock when we finished eating, and there were still 5 or 6 tables of diners in the store. It took a long time to find the waiter to pay the bill. . .

A very popular restaurant for eating Qiandao Lake fish head. No reservations are accepted. Line up on site! Most of the tables were already occupied at 4:30, and the line outside started at 5:30~ The hot scene is really rare! The fish head soup is very authentic, good value for money, and worth a try! Also worth recommending are the turtle chicken and Xiangshui! The waiter&#39;s attitude is OK. We come here to eat for the taste, so we don&#39;t have such high requirements for service. The tap in the bathroom is cold water, which is too cold! Installing a special fast can improve the experience. I hope the service business will be improved! The only disappointment is that there are no vegetable cakes and brown sugar glutinous rice cakes. It may be that they are not ready on the first day of opening after the New Year. It&#39;s a little regrettable!

We went there on the evening of October 2nd. The ingredients in this restaurant are very fresh, and the fish is killed alive. Maybe it was too busy during the holidays, so the dishes were not cooked well. And the fish served were not all the ones we ordered. We ordered a whole fish weighed by kilograms, and the one served was smaller. We told the boss about it and he apologized to us and said that he was too busy, so he cooked it with other people&#39;s fish, and then gave us a discount. Not bad! Nice scenery and location

The reason why the small skewers are popular is probably to allow diners to eat more varieties in their limited stomach space, and the taste is more flavorful and fresh. Overall, this restaurant deserves a five-star rating.
