周一Mr.sixOn the first day of dinner in Chongqing, I wanted to eat homemade tofu, so I searched for this restaurant.
The homemade tofu here is Q. Different from the method in Beijing using bean paste, it is more like a braised sauce, but this method is more special, salty and fragrant
It is soft and tender, but a little thick, probably because of the sauce. The overall taste is amazing! The cauliflower is cooked well, not too soft or hard, and the saltiness is moderate. The small noodles are average, and the white soup noodles don't look appetizing.
I didn't make any mistakes, it's good. Five pointsOutstanding

This is a popular Sichuan restaurant in Jiefangbei that is not to be missed. Locals also like it. The set menu is very cost-effective. Several popular dishes such as spicy chicken and blood curd are very well made. The spicy chicken is not particularly spicy, but the chicken is particularly tender and perfect. The other dishes are also of high quality. Overall, I am very satisfied. With the bonus of being an old store, it is a Sichuan restaurant worth visiting.
I ate once during May 1st. I placed an order online around 3:00 in the afternoon and queued up. I didn’t eat until around 7:00. The spicy chicken is really good, fresh and spicy, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The black chicken mixed with coriander is a delicious dish. The cured meat double flavor is quite fragrant, but too salty. The stir-fried shrimp with leeks goes very well with rice, but is a little too oily. The service is also very good.
