This was exactly what we needed! Great service, tasty food, relaxed atmosphere. It was a much needed break from the hectic areas around us.

It is located near Jiefangbei and is easy to find. It is open 24 hours a day. When we went there at 9 o'clock, the queue was still very long. Fortunately, we made an appointment in advance, so we could enter directly. [Taste] The most delicious signature of this restaurant is the loin slices, which are very fresh. I couldn't move when I saw this restaurant's specialty, pork loin slices. Even if my schedule was full and I was alone, it couldn't stop me from having a big meal! I got a number at 9:30 pm, took a taxi and went out. I arrived at 10 pm and waited for ten minutes to be seated! The nine-square grid was slightly spicy, and the spiciness and numbness were just right. The pork loin slices were really tender and had no peculiar smell. What should I do if I can't eat it in Shanghai? All the ingredients were very fresh, without any minefields. I only blamed my small stomach!

We said that we like to eat spicy hot pot and don’t need to dip the seasoning at all, so we have asked the clerk whether the seasoning fee includes bowls and chopsticks. The answer is that it does not include it, just pure seasoning + rice... I was told that it is also mandatory to charge if you don’t eat seasoning. I think this is unreasonable, so I paid for 2 servings of seasoning for no reason. However, afterwards, a beautiful fruit plate was served for free, which can be regarded as a discount of the same price, so the service is still good. Nine-grid red soup pot Nine-grid is a must when you come to Chongqing. The pot bottom is very fragrant, the soup is ruddy, the taste is spicy and mellow, spicy but not dry, and there will be no burning sensation after eating. Special small county liver: 26 meters. Small county liver is highly recommended, handmade thumbs up, marinated, seasoned just right, and crispy when eaten. Big knife waist slices: 49 meters. From the name of the store, you can tell that their loin slices are their signature product. They use pig white sand loin. It is said that only 1 jin can be produced from 100 jin. One loin can be cut into three slices. The knife skills are unique and delicate. You can eat it after the edges are rolled up. However, it still has some fishy smell, so remember to pair it with the special chili seasoning provided by the store. It is spicy, tender and smooth. It is indeed the signature product. Freshly cut yellow beef: 35 meters. The yellow beef is more broken and cut thinner, but the taste is not sloppy at all. It is fresh, tender, not old and chewy. Raw fresh duck intestines: 29 meters. The duck intestines are not very good. This one is badly rated. It lacks crispness. I think it may not be very fresh. I just eat it.
