The black tofu pudding in this shop is very famous. It was our first time to eat it. The tofu pudding was very tender, but the dipping sauce was very spicy. The steamed spareribs and bamboo shoots are delicious, but a little expensive.

The food is unpalatable, the service is poor, and the price is expensive. First of all, it is not down-to-earth. A tofu pudding shop must be unique. The dipping sauce is charged extra, the tofu pudding is charged extra, and the dipping sauce cannot be adjusted by yourself. The tofu pudding is three yuan more. Although the money is not much, it is the only one in Chishui that operates like this. It lacks the atmosphere of fireworks. The store seems to be deliberately unique. Does it seem very special? Secondly, the quality is not good. There are not many dishes and they are very salty. As expected, Chishui is the distribution center of Sichuan salt entering Guizhou. Doesn't salt cost money? Finally, the service is very bad. Although I bought tofu rice, from the front desk to the clerk, it feels like they are selling Maotai liquor. Eat it if you like, and leave if you can't afford it. Anyway, I don't lack buyers. As a local, I am very worried about this store, and I am even more worried about the image of Chishui as a tourist city.
